Do you have a story or tip to share about how you organize your fridge to ensure food stays fresh and healthy? Or, how re-stocking it with healthy food helped you achieve your healthy eating goals?

Reason to give that Fridge a Makeover is because for me, I am aging, but still feeling 18 plus not dealing with sickness model, but wellness maintenance.  It’s been decades and hubby joined me in this thinking model once he had a first time seizure over 30+ years back and healed in 6 weeks.  Yes, meds 10 days only during my search for alternatives.

I would love to invite people to get closer to the garden all year round and fill their refrigerator with healthy abundance that grows from the garden including fruits from the gorgeous trees out there producing edibles.

When you open our refrigerator watch out cause there is always overflowing abundance of different colors to create beautiful fresh and healthy meals.  You don’t have to spend much to stay healthy, but you have to spend abundance in dollars when sick and trying to restore your health.

So clean out your refrigerator if you wish, spring has finally sprung, and get beautiful colors radiating from the shelves and into your plate like red, yellow or green peppers, different color lettuces, fruits of various colors and that’s a starter for the teaser today. No judgment if one is not there but I am radically addicted to eating from the garden and respect others beliefs too.  I can only change myself—not even my hubby but he’s eating this way too.

Hope this encourages the masses of others over the 50 mark like us but for me feeling 18 doing turbokick box and Zumba at 24 hour fitness.  If I am exercising I may as well have fun to get heart revving up a few notches.

Hi Carol,

I couldn’t agree with advise more. Thank you for posting it.

The first step to change a clients body in my practice is to look at lifestyle choices. And the fridge is an important part. Many times individuals have food in the fridge that can be stored for 20 years. So not one of the best choices as it most likely is full of preservatives, and chemicals. Enzymes is what you need when you age…and that you receive from fresh foods.

Stay focused,

Stefan
