Thank goodness many talented people have devoted their life’s work to keeping us healthy and fit. 50+Fabulous women know how important these are to living life lusciously. But, knowing and doing are very different.
I am pleased to introduce our Nutrition Expert, Joan Pleuss, RD, MS, CDE, CD. She is the Bionutritionist for the General Clinical Research Center at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Joan is also an instructor at MCW and Mount Mary College, a Nutrition Consultant to TOPS®, has been widely published in both academia and industry, is a frequent guest lecturer for professional associations, government, academia and the community, and works extensively with the American Dietetic Association.
