Basia Gentry, our new Fitness Expert, featured in both Oxygen and Ms. Fitness Magazines, is a NSCA certified personal fitness trainer, aerobic, and mat Pilates instructor specializing in adult and senior fitness since 1997. She also holds a certificate as a senior personal trainer with the American Senior Fitness Association. In her home state of Indiana, Basia also volunteers as a trainer for a group of breast cancer survivors.
