Fitness over 50 is not an option. If we want to be healthy, feel great, increase our energy to do all that life demands, we need to take care of ourselves. Look at it this way...the more we “MOVE” the more we can eat!

Basia Gentry, our new Fitness Expert, featured in both Oxygen and Ms. Fitness Magazines, is a NSCA certified personal fitness trainer, aerobic, and mat Pilates instructor specializing in adult and senior fitness since 1997. She also holds a certificate as a senior personal trainer with the American Senior Fitness Association. In her home state of Indiana, Basia also volunteers as a trainer for a group of breast cancer survivors.
