Caregiving

Caregiving: Many of us find ourselves smack in the middle of caring for an elderly parent with no preparation, no tools, and no information. We find ourselves navigating a complex medical system as an advocate, interacting with elder attorneys on behalf of our parent/s and being responsible for their finances as well. Now we have an expert with heavy hitting credentials to help us on this unfamiliar journey.

I’d like to introduce Elizabeth Krivatsy, Elizabeth practices law in Northern California. She is committed to educating people about how to use estate planning tools to protect their assets, communicate their values to their children and future generations, and –most importantly – provide guidance during periods of incapacity and after death. Elizabeth is a frequent speaker in the community, teaching seniors and their adult children how to organize personal and financial paperwork, how to prepare for the “big move” to senior housing, and how to discuss end-of-life values and decisions with their families.
