Betsy’s career in the food, wine and tourism industries spans thirty years with experience in the restaurant, hotel and trade association environment. She is a certified wine educator (CWE) and a former director of the Society of Wine Educators. Currently, she operates Hospitality Works! which provides consulting, training and career placement services; Winespeak; a wine education service offering unique wine and food tastings, classes and events; is an instructor in the Culinary Arts Program at Santa Rosa Junior College where she teaches restaurant front-house operations, food and wine studies; and sits on the culinary advisory committees of local high schools. Betsy is a frequent public speaker and entertainer.
